Grooming Terms & Conditions
Important information to note before bringing your pets in.

​Please inform us if:
​
1. Your pet has any illness (current or prior), injuries/wounds, or aggressive/unpredictable behaviours.
​
If your pet has a history of aggression, please inform us before booking an appointment.
​
If your pet should display any signs of aggression (attempts to bite/attack), or signs of stress/anxiety during the grooming session, we may discontinue the provision of services to ensure the safety of our groomers and to prevent causing further stress to your pet.
​
Alternatively, if there is a need for an additional groomer to continue the service, there will be an additional handling fee of $50 on top of the grooming charges.​
2. Your pet has parasites (ticks/fleas/fungal infections e.g. ringworm etc.)

It is compulsory that you inform us of any of these conditions upon booking of your pet’s grooming appointment or before bringing them in for the actual appointment.​
​
We highly recommend a visit to the vet and getting treated first for any of the above-mentioned conditions for a full recovery before bringing them in for grooming. This is in consideration of our other furry customers to ensure that we do not risk cross-infections.​
​
Additional charges may be levied on top of grooming charges if any of the above conditions are discovered during the grooming session.
3. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or drop us a message at least 24 hours before your appointment.
4. Duration for a full grooming service is 2 hours and 1.5 hours for basic grooming averagely unless otherwise informed by the groomer. Please ensure that you pick up your pets on time. Additional charges may be imposed for late pick up that is 30mins or more.
